Silverton celebrates 25 years in Las Vegas

For many years it has been a great off-the-Strip mainstay for millions of visitors, and this year Silverton celebrates 25 years of dining, gaming, live entertainment and more.

Twin Creeks Steakhouse has been serving up world-class dining for many years, and Executive Chef Jaimee Pepe keeps things exciting here with plenty of tasty versions of steakhouse staples. And, of course, its steak program is comprehensive, ranging from small filet mignons to hand-cut Prime New York.

Families will definitely want to visit the Silverton Aquarium, a free 117,000-gallon attraction that features swimming mermaids Thursday through Sunday, not to mention thousands of tropical fish.

For one of the best shopping experiences for outdoor enthusiasts, it’s hard to beat the Bass Pro Shops, a 165,000 square foot two-story retail paradise with something for the hunter, angler or the camper. It also includes a huge freshwater aquarium where you can attend seminars and speakers. It also acts as a sort of museum, with wildlife dioramas donated by numerous exhibits. There is also an indoor archery range and live duck habitat.
