LONG ISLAND CITY, NY – Homestead of Byron Allen Allen Media Group (AMG) has just filled a newly created role in which this individual will be called upon to support AMG’s senior advertising and marketing executives to work strategically with brands for significant partnerships with the AMG portfolio – including its television channels.
Now in the role of President of Multicultural Advertising is Michele Ghee.
She will be based in New York and is widely known as the newest CEO of African American lifestyle magazine brands. Ebony and Jet.
Ghee also held senior positions at The Weather Channel, now owned by Byron Allen; CNN; A&E; The historical channel; and BET networks.
“I believe Michele Ghee is an excellent Director of Sales and a great addition to the Allen Media Group family as President of Multicultural Advertising, where she will be invaluable in helping to lead our multicultural advertising and other strategic brand initiatives. “said Byron Allen. “Michele will play a vital role in helping Allen Media Group continue to expand its advertising revenue and seize the vast number of branding and marketing opportunities that are available to us.”
